This page explains what information sentiduran.com collects and how it is used. The site is run by Senti Duran, the home of the Sebs Duran and Life of Duran channels. Questions about this policy: sebsduran@jackrabbit.media.
Information you send us
- Brand contact form. The form on our Advertise With Us page sends the name, email, company and message you enter to us by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. FormSubmit handles the submission in order to deliver it to us.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Newsletter form. Some pages show a newsletter sign-up form provided by our host, Hostinger. If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Hostinger so we can email you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
YouTube videos and other sites
- YouTube. Our pages show video thumbnails loaded from YouTube’s image servers. On the Watch page, the YouTube player only loads after you click play. Once it loads, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Links to other sites. Merch links go to our store on Fourthwall, tip links go to StreamElements, and the Support page has sponsor and affiliate links. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Affiliate and sponsor links may let the brand know that you came from us.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, and the site does not currently load analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this page. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosts, Hostinger may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. See the Hostinger Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep form messages and emails for as long as we need them to answer you and handle any work that follows. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Email sebsduran@jackrabbit.media and we will help.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
